Okie, continuation on my trip to japan!Fact no. 4. Japan is real cool man! went to this motor show in shinjuku, tokyo. their motor shows are really different from the motor shows in singapore. they have car rides and games and everything is just 'wow'. my friends and i sat the car ride thingy. we actually get to sit in a real car, two people in a car at a time. i sat with germaine in this cute car (the cars have cute designs painted on them) and we travelled around in the motor show building and even out of the building into the open. the feeling was great. it was like being able to drive a car although underaged. germaine and i fiddled with the control switches. i took the steering wheel and the only thing we did was adjust the air-con temperature. lame right? haha, never mind, anyway, we just drove a real car, although it was automatically controlled. at the end of the 'car-ride tour', we even received a bag of hersheys kisses. haha.Fact no. 5. Japan has wacky cool fashion. most of their clothes for youngsters are real wacky and full of 'bling-blings'. we went to harajuku, tokyo, a youngster's hang-out. the latest fashion is jeans or denim skirt with coloured strips around the waist. wanted to buy 1 but didn't in the end. can't find that here though. entered this shop which sold skull-themed clothes (almost every piece of clothing had a skull on it). actually, many shops selling clothes for the teenagers had clothes with skulls. although some looked nice, but unfortunately, i was unable to buy any because it's against my religion. Fact no. 6. Japanese people are courteous on the hold, especially those who provide service e.g. waitresses. they are ever friendly and helpful even if you do not patronize their shop or anything. however, their good service usually ends up in you buying something because you feel guilty not buying their good service. Okay, shall stop here for now. shall continue another time if i have some more stuff to crap about
